Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist in daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
