Job summary

MINISO USA in Tempe is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program.

The role requires leadership, multitasking, and solid retail experience; it offers responsibilities across opening/closing, stock management, and loss prevention within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
