Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business goals.

Education
