Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations under the Store Manager, train sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role focuses on sales momentum, membership promotions, cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

You will handle opening/closing, stock replenishment, and POS transactions while sustaining a positive, energetic environment. At least 1 year in a supervisory role in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years as keyholder or shift lead in retail preferred.
• Experience training sales associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with loss prevention and store upkeep.
