Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Madison, WI to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain store standards, manage cash handling, merchandise, shipments, and promote the membership program to build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist with training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to store policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events.
