MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and customer service. You will train sales associates, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic environment and aims to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and deliver memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates for strong product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
