Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep while promoting the membership program to boost loyalty.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask, and a high school diploma (associate degree preferred); travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in retail operations and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure stock levels; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness, and comply with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
