Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Akron, OH to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and training. You will drive sales, engage customers, and ensure accurate cash handling and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cashiering, and merchandising.
• Open and close store; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
