Job summary

Sky Zone Team Lead at CircusTrix, LLC is a part-time, onsite leadership role within Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving guest experience and sales, enforcing safety and procedures, and developing leadership skills across park functions. Must be 18+, with 2+ years in ops or guest-facing roles and availability evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling Sky Zone service standards.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain opening/closing procedures and cleanliness.
