Job summary

Sky Zone, a CircusTrix brand, is seeking a part-time Team Lead onsite in Frisco, TX. You will lead from the floor, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth shift operations.

You must be 18+, have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, POS/MS Office familiarity, and be available evenings/weekends. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within Sky Zone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; able to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team; coach, support, and delegate to team members across departments.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when on-site leadership is unavailable.
• Drive guest experience and park sales through service excellence; mentor team in customer engagement.
• Oversee operations across Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain seamless guest experiences.
