Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, LLC, seeks a Team Lead to actively manage daily park operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage, ensuring a smooth shift flow and a safe environment.

You bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with a proven ability to coach staff, drive service excellence, and manage guest interactions. Evening/weekend availability and a hands‑on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for your team by jumping in and helping the park run at its best.
• Rotate through key operational areas to maintain guest experiences and operational flow.
• Coach team members to maximize conversions and deliver service excellence.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and shift procedures are executed with consistency.
• Deliver timely communications of guest issues or safety concerns to the Management Team.
