Job summary

Sky Zone under CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away. You’ll coach, supervise, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and park standards.

We value a hands-on leader with 2+ years in operations, strong communication, and a willingness to learn across park functions. Full-time onsite role with weekend availability and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation recommended.
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard office tools; quick to learn new platforms.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and lead daily operations.
• Coach and support team members across departments to ensure guest flow and service.
• Drive guest experience and sales initiatives while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Lead rotational development across Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to ensure seamless operations.
