Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to run shifts across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on site, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction and safety throughout your shift.

This onsite, full-time role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing work, plus supervisory experience. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest experience.
• Lead and coach Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Drive membership and program sales and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and shift procedures are executed.
• Oversee party/event execution and park facilities upkeep.
