Job summary

Sky Zone Team Lead at CircusTrix is a hands-on, early-leadership role rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty and lead by example to maintain guest experiences and smooth park operations.

This role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and office tools. Evening/weekend availability is needed for peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach Team Members across departments to deliver on-service and operational goals.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting offerings.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and incident reports are completed when needed.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee execution of parties and events, managing scheduling and staffing.
