Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. You will lead a fast-paced park floor, coach staff, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Compensation starts at $16.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are off-site.
• Drive guest experience and sales through service excellence and engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain daily park operations and cleanliness.
• Oversee front desk performance, membership sales, and service standards.
• Oversee parties, events, and F&B/Facilities operations to ensure guest delight.
