Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations onsite and act as MOD in the absence of senior leaders. You will mentor staff, manage guest interactions, and support sales across park areas including Parties & Events, Café, Front Desk, and more.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic tech proficiency; comfortable with POS and office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site, ensuring safety and operations.
• Coach and support team members across all departments.
• Lead in multiple park areas to maintain guest flow and service.
• Drive membership and program sales through positive guest engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when needed.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and areas stay clean.
