Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Proficiency with technology including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not present; maintain safety and operations.
• Drive guest experience and membership/sales growth with service excellence.
• Lead across departments (Sales, Parties, Food & Beverage/Facilities) to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Ensure safety policies, opening/closing procedures, and cleanliness are upheld.
• Coach team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
