Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations for consistent brand standards.
• Coach and develop team through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
• Manage MOD coverage, floor leadership, and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend) and omni-channel services.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar expertise and outcomes.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery fulfillment.
• Coordinate with framing shop in select locations.
