Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive strong sales and customer engagement.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP adherence and company standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for timely fulfillment.
• Oversee Loyalty Rewards Program, promoting adoption and retention.
• Train, coach and develop associates through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Protect assets and maintain shrink controls through awareness and procedures.
