Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as a Bear Builder and acts as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. The role focuses on guiding a team to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors and delivering exceptional Guest service.

When not Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder, providing engaging Guest experiences and upholding brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
