Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead on Duty who also serves as Floor Leader, guiding Bear Builders to meet store sales goals while delivering memorable guest experiences. When not designated as Floor Leader, you will perform duties as a Bear Builder, ensuring brand standards and exceptional service.

You will lead a team, model Experience First behaviors, and provide feedback to management to address performance and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Preferred: Build-A-Bear store associate experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and sales goals.
