Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead / Floor Leader on Duty. You will guide Bear Builders and provide exceptional Guest service to help meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors.

When not on duty as Floor Leader, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering a warm, inclusive guest experience and upholding brand standards. Flexible retail schedule required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in store leadership or customer-focused roles preferred, with ability to lead a team.
