Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who will also serve as Floor Leader on Duty, guiding Bear Builders and driving store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors. When not leading, you will function as a Bear Builder and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise a team, ensure brand standards, and contribute to a warm, inclusive atmosphere for guests, with a focus on service excellence and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Build-A-Bear store associate experience (preferred).
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues that the CWM and AWM are responsible for addressing.
