Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who will serve as a Floor Leader on Duty and, when not designated as lead, perform Bear Builder duties. You will guide a team, model Experience First behaviors, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and can commit to 15-25 hours per week, with preferred Store-based experience or related degree. This role emphasizes customer engagement and operational excellence.
