Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who will serve as Floor Leader on Duty and Bear Builder on designated shifts.

The role involves guiding a team to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors and delivering outstanding guest experiences. During non-duty periods, the Sales Lead functions as Bear Builder, engaging guests, maintaining brand standards, and supporting a positive, inclusive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional Guest service.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors during Floor Leader on Duty shifts.
• Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a cohesive guest experience.
