Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Texas to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, lead by example, and support store partners with product knowledge, merchandising, and POS proficiency.

You will drive sales metrics, assist with promotions, maintain standards, and collaborate with leadership to develop the team while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Understand current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenish floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media.
• Partner with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening/closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
