Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead the sales floor, support opening and closing procedures, and coach team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining merchandising standards. Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in specialty retail, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as TPS Champion by delivering World Class Service using the GUEST approach.
• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs with open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits based on customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build sales using effective selling techniques.
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and floor supervision.
• Process returns and exchanges and maintain merchandising standards.
