Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Part-time Retail Team Lead for Mosaic District, VA. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure a world-class guest experience while supporting store operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities include driving KPIs, assisting with hiring, and maintaining safety standards. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and strong customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong customer service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor, coaching associates professionally.
• Drive results and achieve store KPIs through training and development.
• May assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational procedures, opening/closing, inventory control.
• Participate in recruiting/interviewing/hiring top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations.
