Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Lead for Mosaic District, VA. This full-time role includes opening/closing the store, driving results, and delivering a world-class guest experience by leading through our Core Competencies.

You will coach associates, help meet KPIs, assist with scheduling and floor moves, and participate in recruiting. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive store results through training and development.
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational procedures and inventory control.
• Participate in recruiting/interviews.
• Follow safety and lifting procedures.
