Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy and standards compliance; coach selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, loyalty, protection plans, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Train and develop team members; partner in asset protection.
