Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach and develop team to improve customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support special shop programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing where applicable).
