Job summary

Michaels in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive strong sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

As MOD, you will coach teams, ensure SOP compliance, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and oversee in-store programs, events, and omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team and execute SOPs.
• Strong customer service orientation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, store conditions, and results.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Support in-store programs, events, and loyalty enrollment.
