Job summary

ALO, Santa Monica, is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory processes, shipments, replenishment, and floor set updates while maintaining visual standards.

The role requires 1+ year experience in client-centric sales and operations, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and constant movement around the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and climb a ladder.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store manager to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Support safe, efficient stockroom operations and standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist business and guests.
• Implement ops directives with the Visual Management team.
• Assist with shipment processing and daily replenishment.
• Use store metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
• Address product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
