Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Austin store team. This role drives profitability and efficiency by supporting inventory, receiving, floor replenishment, and visual standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

You'll partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute shipments, manage stock, and maintain safe, clean, and inviting spaces. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest support.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure smooth product flow including replenishment.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities to keep operations efficient.
