Job summary

ALO in Charlotte is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, improve processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, visual standards, stockroom controls, and collaboration with teams on budgets, vendors, and facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure maximized results.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business needs and guest service.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
