Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Las Vegas to drive profitability and efficiency. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and execute on-store tasks, aiming for optimal results and guest satisfaction.

Part-time role with 30 hours per week and a 4-hour shift minimum. You will handle inventory, merchandising, and daily replenishment while upholding safety and stockroom standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to fix processes or systems gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to drive efficiency.
• Support a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with merchandising.
