Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) for The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role supports store operations, inventory control, and visual management to drive profitability and efficiency.

As part of the Operations & Visual Management team, you will handle shipments, replenishment, floor sets, and stockroom processes, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the store manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities to ensure efficiency.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
