Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Los Angeles. This role drives profitability and efficiency, working with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate, complete work, and provide feedback for optimal store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shipments and replenishment, maintaining strong visual standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for a full shift.
• Able to move constantly around all store areas and floor-to-back-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store management to improve gaps.
• Handle shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relations and facilities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient operations on the floor and in back of house.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and team needs.
• Assist with product flow, merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
