Job summary

ALO in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, inventory control and visual standards. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the sales floor and stockrooms.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipment/receiving, floor replenishment, merchandising, safety, and using metrics to guide actions. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Constant movement around store floors and back-of-house
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and use a ladder safely
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, and facilities to optimize operations
• Ensure a safe, efficient stockroom and store environment
• Assist in product flow, merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Use metrics to inform business decisions and drive results
• Address client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
