Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) at Perimeter Mall to support store operations, inventory, and guest service. The role requires mobility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive approach to efficiency.

You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team, execute inventory controls, replenishment, floor set updates, and ensure visual standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of client-focused sales and operations experience.
• Ability to stand and move constantly within the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and move safely.
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Support safe, efficient operations via stockroom standards.
• Move throughout store to support business needs and guests.
• Implement operations directives with the team.
• Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Perform additional tasks to keep store clean and efficient.
