Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Chicago to support store profitability and efficiency. You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks that improve inventory control, visual standards, and guest experience.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires constant movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-service mindset. You will help with shipments, replenishment, and daily tasks to keep the store inviting and efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement around all store areas.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Lift, bend, kneel, climb or twist; safely use ladders.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment and floor recovery tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relations to optimize operations.
• Support safe stockroom standards and overall store efficiency.
