Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to drive store profitability and efficiency. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment and floor upkeep, ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role requires constant movement, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to customer service and teamwork. Part-time schedule up to 30 hours per week, with availability across the week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Constant movement throughout store duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to reach all areas of store, including lifting, bending and climbing.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and team results.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgeting, operations, and vendor relations for efficiency.
• Uphold safe stockroom standards and procedures.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Implement company directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions.
• Respond to client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support goals.
