Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant within a senior living community or healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition).
• Respond to lights/bells/intercoms to determine residents' needs promptly.
• Record vitals and intake/output as directed by the care team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and dining assistance.
• Encourage participation in activities and communicate observations to the care team.
