U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager for part-time morning shifts, covering weekdays and weekends (25 hours). You will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservations and equipment distribution while helping balance regional inventory to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with office equipment, multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment based on demand to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to improve equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
• Propane certification and dispensing.
