U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include reservation placement, equipment distribution, and supporting dealerships to balance inventory across regions.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and solid multitasking, time management, and communication skills. Pay range is $16.50–$18.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with office equipment including multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with U-Haul's U-Box portable storage product.
