U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and efficient reservation management. You will support customers, field teams, and U-Haul dealerships by coordinating equipment reservations and distribution based on demand.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports to ensure accurate availability, assisting with U-Box products, and maintaining high service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with office equipment and customer service.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservations, directing equipment as needed to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to ensure accurate equipment availability and reservations.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
