U-Haul in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a part-time Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will handle customer calls, support field teams and dealerships with reservations and equipment distribution.

Under the guidance of the Traffic Control Manager, you’ll balance regional inventory to meet demand, review reports, and assist with the U-Box product. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with office equipment and multiline phones.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from and to customers and support field teams.
• Coordinate equipment reservations and placement to balance inventory.
• Review reports to optimize reservations and contracts.
• Support U-Box storage product as needed.
