Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team from a remote location in the United States. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key duties include handling inbound calls and emails, maintaining client records, and meeting production targets. This role offers flexible evening shifts, competitive pay, and strong benefits aligned to the work location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications and data entry in a fast-paced work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners, instructors, and organizations; provide resolution.
• Update account records and note reasons and resolutions.
• Maintain production standards: AHT, Calls/Hour, Email/Hour, Quality.
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
