You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and provide guidance to volunteers and learners. The position offers a flexible schedule with emphasis on meeting production targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency with computer applications in a fast-paced work-from-home environment.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations.
• Use system data to resolve inquiries and update records.
• Handle basic inquiries like account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, Calls/Hour, Emails/Hour).
• Triage complex problems and route to appropriate resources.
