Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners, instructors, and organizations; provide resolution and update records.
• Use system information and job aids to resolve inquiries and note reason/resolution.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, Calls/Hour, Email/Hour, Online Time, Quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
